- Peter MacArthur, who currently hosts the Delaware Morning News program will add an additional hour to his airtime, and will broadcast weekdays from 5:30 a.m. to 10 a.m. MacArthur has been with WDEL-AM since 1999 and has gathered accolades including in 2009 and 2013, when he received the Edward R. Murrow national award for Best Newscast.
- Rick Jensen has moved from the afternoon slot to the midday slot for the station. His "Rick Jensen" show now airs weekly from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. He has been with WDEL-AM for almost 20 years, first joining the airwaves in early 2001. He has also served as a voiceover professional since 1995, having worked for companies such as Nestle, and Hewlett-Packard, among others.
- Chris Carl, who hosts the Delaware's Afternoon News program, has had his airtime extended two hours and now broadcasts from 2 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. weekdays. Carl joined WDEL-AM in 1993 starting as a part-time reporter and working his way up to news director in 1999 followed by director of news and and programming in 2008.
Vogue is set to launch a Singapore edition in Summer 2020. Norman Tan has been tapped to head up Vogue Singapore as the editor in chief, with the debut issue set to publish in September 2020.Tan most recently served as the editor in chief for Esquire Magazine Singapore for more than two years. He also had been the editor in chief for Buro 24/7, senior fashion writer for AugustMan and market and lifestyle editor for Billionaire.com.
Buzzfeed News has welcomed veteran journalist George W. Papajohn as deputy editor on the Investigative desk. He makes his move after spending almost four decades at the Chicago Tribune, where most recently he was an associate managing editor for Investigations. In his long tenure with The Tribune, Papajohn directed the Tribune’s “Hidden Hazards” project, which won a Pulitzer Prize for the investigative reporting.
Gloria Dawson has joined Business Insider as senior editor overseeing retail coverage. She makes the move from Nation's Restaurant News where she spent more than two years as a senior editor. Dawson has also had freelance writing appear in publications such as The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, Columbia Journalism Review, Mashable, Edible Manhattan, New York Press, Robb Report, Shape Magazine, AOL, Modern Farmer and more. She also served as a reporter and social media editor for Quartz Magazine.
Elizabeth Elkin has been tapped by Bloomberg News as a reporter and will begin her duties in May. She has been interning for the outlet for the past three months, covering breaking news; she has also served as a reporting intern for Bloomberg Government. Elkin has also worked as managing editor and editor in chief for Vox Magazine in Missouri.
